What do you love most about your job?
I love partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals, gain new insights, greater self-awareness and to move closer to their dreams, goals, true selves, and new identities for improved ease of living, being, leading and wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business to share what has worked for me, what tools help me shift in my personal and personal life for greater happiness, effectiveness, freedom and success.

I combine my years of corporate, consulting, tech industry start-ups, and entrepreneur experience with my lifelong learning of meditation, mindfulness, Kundalini Yoga and energy medicine to help people of all walks of life become professionally and personally more effective and fulfilled.

Clients may work with me exclusively remotely or come to my fully sanitized office where we will both be in masks.
