What do you love most about your job?
When people sign up for coaching they want to feel better and they are hungry for change. I love that my clients already have the answers within themselves and it's just a matter of stepping back and supporting, witnessing their own self-realization.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was having my own struggles after my divorce and at the same time caring for my mother diagnosed with dementia., along with years of anxiety - I enrolled in Martha Beck's Life Coach training to get out of my own challenging place - I was then inspired to help others.

I'm passionate about what I do, all of the coaching tools I teach I apply to myself in my daily life. I believe life is meant to be enjoyed - not a constant struggle.

Yes, I work with zoom, phone, and in-person when possible. Each call is one hour.

This container is a safe space for you to share and grow. I use my intuitiveness and coaching tools to help you creatively tap into your inner wisdom.
Each program is customized to you based on your personality and your specific needs — we don’t do a one-size-fits-all approach ever.
My rates start at $125 per hour and $100 per hour for packages. I do not accept insurance.
