Awaken Therapy Center is a group therapy practice that centers a holistic approach to therapy and healing. We have a cohort of therapists and other healing practitioners to incorporate alternative practices into the treatment process, from one on one therapy, telehealth, EMDR, wellness coaches and meditation teachers and other online programs.
