This might be my favorite team of badasses I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. My first real connection with the Awa team happened while cleaning out the Chicken Coup during those sad, final days. We brought a handful of Tomas’s iconic items to Awa and then I just kept showing up and hanging out and became part of the family. I love the space, I love the crew, I love the vision, and most of all, the calibre of YOU who show up to bring the awesomeness. it’s just become magical all around. I’ve found myself unable to resist the urge to work…to fix something, clean something, take on a task, whether or not I’m ‘on the clock’, any time I set foot on site. It’s become my favorite place to hang out, on or off the clock, and that’s when you know a place has your heart.
