What’s your signature dish?
The signature dish of AviEats Catering is our Trini style Pepper Shrimp & crispy Fried Chicken. A signature dish is a recipe that identifies an individual chef or restaurant. Ideally it should be unique and allow an informed gastronome to name the chef in a blind tasting. It can be thought of as the culinary equivalent of an artist finding their own style, or an author finding their own voice.

The happiness of my clients when receiving authentic home cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family and friends. Food is memory. The art of cooking or sitting down to a meal with friends and family, or simply that act of taking that first bite has the ability to transport us to another time and place. ... The food experience that either changed the way they think about food or inspired me to become a chef.
