Had an amazing experience at Avia! It was my first European facial and Marlisa made me feel so rejuvenated. From start to finish I was very relaxed. Her room was so well decorated and had such nice touches, giving it a cozy feel. She used high quality face products that left my skin feeling silky smooth. Goood afternoon,it's been a wile about the ugly experience I had with Brandie. Well Michelle C,I expect you give me a answer until now! .. I still waiting.. A good mannager should answer for everyoane in part,that say everything about you. You deserve 0 stars. I have been going to Kim Dimuzzio for cut and color for the past 14 years. I have really long thick hair and she is the only person I trust not to screw it up! She always mixes my color perfectly to match my natural hair color and cover those pesky grays. She is careful to only trim the layers and ends a small amount because she knows I like to keep my hair long. I have never had a cut or color that I was not happy with and that's saying a lot in 14 years! Also, I live in Carlsbad, and think it's worth it to drive all the way to LaMesa to see Kim. I walked into Avia and immediately felt at home. Everyone was so helpful from the front desk associate to the blonde haired individual named Michelle. She did an exquisite job at showing me the different types of massages and masseuses Avia had. I have a bad back so I asked for a massage immediately and was taken care of with great urgency.This company thrives and is above all the best damn Salon period.The masseuse did so well my back felt ten times better after.The manager welcomed me back any time.The front desk associate wished me a great day.On top of that, it was my birthday.Thanks, Avia! You can tell if the spa is the one to enjoy and get satisfied enough with a service that you are paying for, from the first moment when you deal with their front desk. I would not recommend this place at all if you wanna go enjoy your time cause they deal with no respect! Not accurate with their description for their timing of facial. I booked 2 appointments for 2 facials for 2 hours on raw but had bad luck arriving 15 min. late. The receptionist "Irene" was so tuff when I first came in to apologize for being little late, she showed very unprofessional bad attitude and did not try anything to keep a client happy but just the opposite she switched the 1 hour appointment to 1/2 hour facial automatically while I still can devide the 1 hour 45 min. Between me and my friend which has the following appointment claiming that they need to have time cleaning and preparing for the next client. So actually when you book an appointment for 1 hour it is not a full hour but 45 min. and you pay for the time they clean the room after you!!!After discussing trying not to spoil the organized birthday celebration for my friend and get at least 45 Min. Facial for both of us instead of 30 Min. The receptionist Irene ended up reflecting a worse behavior with impolite tone of respond and the 2 facial people ( Silvia and Francis) refused providing the service and canceled the appointments!!! Moreover, another friend of mine had also a bad experience with them and had to deal with disrespectful service while she had to return back for they charged her more than the agreed price.
