I called in from California to have flowers sent to my mother. And the lady that answered the phone was soooooo sweet. I told her that I would like white and green and that my mother is modern. I don't write many Yelp reviews, but Aventura Florist just made my day! I got a call from a woman at Aventura florist reminding me that it was my grandmother's birthday in a few days, and asked if I wanted to place an order like I had done last year. They had the order from last year, the note, the address, the credit card, - all of the information was already there. I cannot sing enough praise for the wonderful work of Rick and his team! Â Simply outstanding! Â From communication, preparation, consultation and ultimately, delivery there was not one issue, but instead just exceptional service! Â We coordinated with Rick from our BOSTON home in preparation for a trip to renew our vows locally. Â This translated to numerous emails to coordinate, which Rick was so responsive to! Today I've decided to brighten up my daughters day and send her flowers. I've been ordering flowers from Aventura Florist for so many years, I don't remember how I found them!I'd never use anyone else. My Mom is very fussy about flowers (and has told me in the past when bad flowers showed up, from other florists. )Since I live in California I've come to trust Jennifer to choose arrangements for my Mom and Aunt. She either keeps a file or just "knows" what to send. At this point, I just give her the delivery date and my budget and it's all taken care of.One time there was an unexpected illness after I'd placed an order, and she was flexible when I had to cancel. I recently received a beautiful floral arrangement from Aventura Florists.This went beyond meeting all of my expectations. Rick assisted me with an absolutely gorgeous arrangement as I was in a real pinch. I spoke with him on the phone and he  understood everything I wanted and the urgency of the order to be delivered like yesterday to a VIP. Needed last minute centerpieces for the birth of my grandson's religious celebration. I wanted something simple but yet elegant. Â Richard was very helpful. Wow - I spent more time looking for a local florist than I did on the phone with Aventura. Â They are SO helpful. Â I called from Chicago to send sympathy flowers to a friend's family, and the woman who answered the phone was awesome. Â All I had to say was the occasion and whether I wanted fresh flowers or a plant. Â She explained everything really well, helped me with the card message, she kept my order within my exact price. Â Also, she asked if the driver makes it back today, would I like the delivery to go out today instead of tomorrow...at no extra charge. Â Well, sure! Jan and Valerie went above and beyond. This order was very special. I called to confirm delivery and was quoted time and who accepted the flowers. Very Professional. i have used this florist lots of times and have been VERY satisfied, not only are their flowers gorgeous especially their roses and orchid plants, they are very friendly and helpful and have even delivered after hours at the last minute for me when i forgot a friends birthday, they go above and beyond to help even when your in a bind because they are real people and they are family owned and operated in their 3rd generation! you just don't find a business like this anymore.
