I have been training with Autonomy Training for over two years. I have been blessed to work out with Leilani, Eden and Jacey. Their knowledge and dedication to helping you achieve your fitness goals surpasses my expectations. They truly care and are very attentive and will tailor a program that works well with your schedule and fitness goals. I have never felt stronger physically or mentally. I can not thank them enough. Having Leilani as a personal trainer is a genuine personal experience. Even though she has many clients, each workout feels tailored for me and my goals. She's encouraging, but also pushes me to my limit. She also teaches a healthy relationship with food that isn't restrictive. Working with Leilani has helped me feel proud even of my smallest achievements. Her positive attitude is supportive without being overly enthusiastic which I appreciate. I started working with her in March of 2021 becuase I wanted to find a way to feel like myself again after quarantine. Having her help me be accountable to myself is the kind of support I didn't realize was so important to me. Leilani even took the time to give me the tools to grow, such as diet and "homework" that was easy to understand, follow and execute. :) Like making sure I was hitting a protein goal or making sure to take cardio walks on days I don't see her. Each client is unique in what they specifically need to achieve their fitness goal(s). We work with our Client to give them the tools and knowledge necessary to build confidence in their self to one day do this on their own.

Secret to getting the body of your dreams? Consistency with the right game plan! When you understand WHAT to do and HOW to do it, you are almost guaranteed results. We strive to help our Clients understand what they are doing and WHY they are doing it. Makes it much more enjoyable for both parties.

We love being able to help someone understand health and fitness, and giving them the confidence to achieve longevity with their journey.

The Pandemic caused a lot of the Fitness Industry to be furloughed. We realized then that Health and Fitness is imperative for mental and physical health, this is an essential to daily living. Maybe not for all on a “physical” aspect but a mental and psychological one more than anything!

We strive to provide our clients with the Fundamentals of Health & Fitness in order for them to do this on their own one day. Our goal is to be your teacher along this journey, and like in school, you can retain this information and utilize the knowledge gained for years to come.

Ideally we would like to help our clients in person, so they can understand better form and function of the movements. However, there are always exceptions to clients situations.

There is a 15 minutes window between each client to accommodate all sanitary precautions necessary to keep Clients Safe.
