Awesome service from the Kapolei location. I just want to note for any other folks also not familiar with the area... use "Street Shine" when using your map app. .. not their address because it actually gave me a place further down the road, which was incorrect. I didn't get lost or anything but whoever I was conversing with over Yelp gave me the directions and I compared it, so be mindful of that. In any case I was drawn to this detailing shop because they were within 15 mins of my work place in Kapolei. And I really like the fact that they have a wide open area to work... whether it is their bay areas or in the parking lot. Since I was only getting their Swift Premium Service I asked about their waiting area, which they did have one.All in all, the service was competed in under an hour, which I was impressed with and this was to include two customers being taken care of in between that time. And being a first time customer of theirs I wanted to test the waters and not jump in immediately with a large detailing package. I didn't add on any extra services since my appt was later in the day. But after today I'm definitely convinced of doing my next ceramic or graphene coat with them. And since all of my coworkers reside in Kapolei, I will refer them over to Street Shine. More...

Awesome company.  Spoke to Amar and he and his crew did an excellent job from setting up our appointment to checking us out at the end.  Had ceramic coating put on my 2021 Yukon Denali and it is impressive, sharp, and flawless.  Their expertise and knowledge is exemplary.  The best of the best.  And their warehouse is spotless.  Prices are fair and comparable to the market.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their car. we paid over $600, doesn't even feel like we got the basic interior detailing (no vacuum and no wipe down) really disappointed, it was our first time spending this kind of money on cleaning our car and probably the last!

Absolutely awesome customer service and my car was ready to be shipped back to the mainland with no problem at the VPC. They were so accommodating and friendly and figured out to wash my car in the morning of my drop off appointment. That took this load of my shoulder for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!! Recently I had my 4 runner ceramic coated and wasnt happy with the final results. A lot of high spots on paint finish along with the trims. i recently was educated about paint correction and was disappointed to find out that my paint finish wasn't corrected before they applied the ceramic coating. alot of polish residue stuck on trims that had been ceramic coated. before any one shops for ceramic coating do your homework. i went back to talk with rodney on 2 different occasions and wasnt able to have things resolved. id hate for this to happen to anyone else. dont shop for numbers More...

Amar was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiries regarding the graphene treatment. I never been to the area before and initially got lost, I didn't want to miss my service appointment but I was pretty late. Still, Amar was gracious in helping me get to his location as it's fairly new, beautiful open warehouse across the street from "International Trucks of Hawaii", so new that google maps didn't pin point correctly his shop. Once  I plugged in the above business name I was able to find Komohana pl and the four bay open warehouse that belonged to Street Shine Hawaii.Drop off at 9am, pick up next day at 10am, I had my Highlander treated internal and external coating including windows and wheels. Get quotes from Amar, I wanted to fill package as the car was brand new from the dealership it deserved to have this service. I'llBe taking in my Forester to get a 3 buff treatment due to water damages.Just amazed at what these guys are ableto do, I had no idea what I'd be getting my Forester into until had Amar have a look at it and assess what needed to be done to give me a proper quote. I had brought my car to their Kapolei location for a ceramic coating. The owner was very friendly and answered my questions. It's really hard to find their location as it's tucked away in an inconspicuous lane in an industrial area. The pricing was great which caught my attention. I bought the 3 year package. It's my first time getting my car ceramic coated. I'm hoping that it'll last for 3 years that the company promised. Package includes a ceramic bar treatment and some interior cleaning. The body of the car was smooth for the most part although there were some not as smooth areas which I discovered when I got home. They cleaned my windshield and  windows but I could see steaks on the windshield driving to work the next morning. Overall, I'm satisfied with the package for the price I paid. More...

I reached out to Street Shine Hawaii on Thursday and requested a quote to get my car cleaned and Nate responded the same day and not only gave me a quote but responded BEFORE opening hours. He was very clear with what packages were available and which one(s) would best suit what I was looking for. I got an appointment for today 31 Jan at 9 am and let me say when they say 9 am they mean that ! They began the check in process with everyone and then gave us the option to sit and wait for our vehicles or they could have one of their guys take us to the shopping center a few minutes away. I opted to go to the shopping center and shopped around while waiting for my car. When my car was done, they gave me a phone call to let me know it was ready to be picked up AND THEY CAME BACK TO GET ME !! I'm talking customer service was out of this world ! When I got my car I was FLOORED. I want to say it looked like when I first bought it but it didn't. It looked 1000x BETTER ! I don't know how they did it but they did and I'm forever grateful for the work they put into my vehicle. If you're looking to get your car cleaned look no further ! My secret santa surprised me with an interior/exterior detailing package and I just love how my car came out! Super shiny, buffed, and just CLEAN! !! Pat was the lead guy and made sure everything was taken care of. There are seats in the warehouse to wait if you need to but I just dropped it off and picked it up after work. There aren't shops around to walk around since it's in the warehouse part of Kapolei but at least if you have a ride there's the Target, Ross, Marshall's complex nearby as well as Costco and Home Depot. I will definitely come here again and this is a good gift to give to someone else. They didn't give away my secret santa either after trying to figure it out!! More...

It's been awhile since I cleaned my truck so you know it was really bad!!! Nate, I think is the owner, was really nice! Prices are awesome. So me and my husband had their special starting at $199 for detail inside and out plus 1 year of ceramic coating. Of course we have bigger cars so mines was $249. My water spots was so bad that they needed to buff it out, which Nate called me prior to doing anything and explained that if I don't buff it out the ceramic coat will be over those water spots. This place is Amazing! Reached out for a quote and Nate was quick to respond and get me set up for a full detail and ceramic coating for my Tahoe!
