Counseling interventions are available to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and grief recovery. ​In addition, therapy is provided through a person-centered approach to help clients attain individual growth and development.

In comparison, life coaching modalities ​assist clients by helping them uncover their unique purpose and clarify personal and professional goals. Tools are provided to assist clients to assess their life, identify gifts and talents, determine goals and create a personalized plan of action. At Author of Creativity, clients are counseled or coached to discover who they were uniquely created to be to achieve and live a great story.
