Austin Tech Services fixed my internet issues when AT&T couldn’t! I’m back online with nearly double the speed! Also, I had Mario install a new sound system that is voice automated and is synced in every room! I can have the same music in all rooms or different music playing in each room by voice command, get my daily weather, news and more! Very cool! I wanted to get two TVs wall mounted and have ethernet and coax cables added to several rooms in a completed house.  I got several bids and Mario was the most reasonable one I received.  He was extremely flexible with my schedule and was able to start the project quickly. I found him very easy to reach when I had several questions on the bid.  He returns emails and texts promptly.  Once we agreed on the job he always arrived on time and kept me informed during the process.He made several good suggestions such as adding a small shelf and punch panel in my closet to help better organize my set-up.  I agree to these and I think he did a great job. It's been nearly two years since I met Mario, and I continue to call him first when ever I need tech services. He gives us the best prices, is trustworthy, and has earned our customer loyalty. When my previous workplace was struck by lightning and all our connections went out, Austin Tech Services submitted the best bid to repair and set up a network that is systematic and grounded (so that the lightning damage doesn't happen again). I also like that I can text him for my personal quotes, repairs, upgrades - instead of having to call every time. We're all busy people and text messages can be answered at each other's convenience (for quick questions). He makes it easy for me to keep going back to this company, and we've always been happy with his and his team's work! I contacted Mario on a Saturday afternoon to run a few ethernet drops through some interior walls. He was out to the house within an hour to check out the job and provide an estimate. His team completed the job on Monday with a few snags, but they quickly made it right with out having to ask, no hesitation what so ever their part. Overall:5/5 stars, Mario is very personable, his team is very attentive to detail, and makes sure the job is done correct the first time regardless of how long it takes.I'm definitely recommending them to all of my friends and will surely use their services in the future.P.S.They really showed what true service is all about as they were getting ready to leave. We were closing the garage door and it popped out of the track. They quickly jumped in and gave me a hand to make sure the door would close securely. Our company relocated to San Marcos in March 2015, and needed some electronics set up. I relied on a google search and selected Austin Tech over a more well-known company that happened to have mostly negative reviews for this location. I needed Cat6 cable installed throughout my house but I wasn't up to the task. I contacted Austin Tech Services and Mario came by the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. He and Jordan did a fantastic job running wire through the attic and into all of the rooms. I realized how difficult a job it was when they had to cut drywall and drill through multiple studs in order to run cable to the first floor. The job was top notch and they even swept and cleaned up after they were finished. I plan to contact Mario in the near future for speaker installation and anything else I can think of. Mario did an excellent job installing Cat5e cable in my house.  I've had a couple of weeks to test, and all the cable runs are working just as they should.  He and his team performed the work at an economical price, cleaned up well, and stayed as long as it took to get the job done right.  He can accomplish what you request, but he has been doing this for so long that he can also make suggestions that might be better than the way you had in mind.  He is friendly and nice to work with, and it was a positive experience from start to finish to work with Austin Tech Services. Outstanding service! This team was able to work within my budget and provide me the professional home theater installation that I was looking for. I had 5 Bose in-ceiling speakers installed.  I called around and received hesitation and high estimates from other technicians since my home is two-story, not pre-wired, and out of range from their normal commuting distance. Mario did not find any of that to be an issue. He came to the house and provided me a quote immediately. Within 2 days he got the job done!I would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing TV wall mounting or home theater audio installation. Besides the speaker installation, they readjusted my TV wall mount wiring and simplified connections. It was a last minute desition to by a home theater system and we were put in contact with a couple of chioses of installers.
