Austin Design House helped me recently with new pillows for some chairs in our family room. They are so easy to work with, offering suggestions for your project and stocking a nice variety of fabric and trim samples to assist in making a decision. I was able to take the samples to my home to confirm my selection before placing the order. The pillows were completed in a very timely manner, they are just what I needed and I am so pleased. Aimee Laughlin and her daughter Taylor Wilson are very knowledgeable and professional and make the process of choosing fabrics, paints, and furniture pieces fun and stress free! Aimee and Taylor helped me with everything from choosing furniture, selecting the perfect paint colors for the entire house (interior and exterior), and ordering beautiful window treatments. Laughlin and Wilson is an incredibly professional and personable company. Aimee took considerable time to understand my needs and tastes, and then designed within my budget. She is an excellent communicator, prompt with quotes, and reliable in delivery. She troubleshoots well and is knowledgeable in all areas of design, construction, and finishing. I wish she would move to Houston. Austin, Texas is fortunate to have her there locally.

Aimee completely transformed my den by choosing the perfect paint color, fabric and style of furniture and rug. I was so pleased with this project that I hired her to redesign my kitchen, following a flood. Following the completion of the kitchen, we tore down our wooden deck out back and hired her to design an outdoor patio, kitchen, stone floor and fireplace. She has great instincts, attention to detail, works quickly and efficiently and always sees the projects through in a timely manner.
