And I am studying on becoming a yoga teacher. Reiki
Reiki healing can be done in-person, over Zoom, or long-distance/remote while you go about your day. They can be from 30 minutes - 1.5 hours long each session. I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher. I have been doing Reiki and other energy healings since 2017.
