GARLIC NOODLES!!!!! Rice noodles wonderfully prepared. The only criticism I can think of is they should not break the rice noodles into smaller pieces. It was my first time ordering from Aung May. The waiter assisted me with informed choices from how dishes are seasoned to food safety CDC lifting the ban on lettuce. Excellent customer service that attracts nice people. I look forward to exploring the menu. More...

I absolutely love their green tea salad here. There is nothing else like it! I especially love how everything is separated on the plate when they first bring it out to you. Then they go over each ingredient with you before mixing it all together. Divine! More...

There have been several businesses in this location and I hope this one stays. Good Burmese food. For me it is a combination of Thai and Chinese. The food is great. Portions good. Priced right. Friendly staff. Inside seating is limited but have not had to wait. They do take out. Wish it was within walking distance but the drive is short. More...

This place is very underrated! The quality of food is just as good as my second favorite Burmese restaurant in Berkeley and San Fransisco, and it being in Benicia is very convenient. The crispy chicken is easily my favorite dish on the menu, also the shrimp eggplant is great as well. Also, the tea leaf salad is a must if it is your first time there. Highly recommended! More...

Tried the shrimp and eggplant and the samosa soup. Perfectly cooked shrimp that it is definitely cooked per order because the shrimp melted in my mouth. I didn't had to chew. over cooked and precooked shrimps gives that rubbery feeling when you chew. Samosa soups is something unique and special blend. As a Indian myself, I never heard or tried samosa soup before. space is too small and price is bit high for a takeout type of place but its worth when you taste the food. More...

Definitely a hidden gem in Solano County. My first experience of Burmese food, and the bar has been set very high. Palatha is a MUST get. Any curry is fine, but you got to get it. All of the noodles are amazing, but the garlic noodles are my favorite of them. The lemongrass chicken is also delicious if you're in the mood for something that's not noodles.Definitely recommend!!
