Augusta Pines Golf Club is a fantastic facility. Recently we held a Golf Tournament and our group could not have been more welcomed or impressed with the staff. Fabulous Junior golf program!! My son's membership includes a set of golf clubs a year, private lessons, group lessons, monthly and weekly matches plus PGA JR LEAGUE play! We love the coaches and the facilities. Highly recommend this for any young golfer. Interestingly, my husband's cousin was married here 13 years ago and now we are back to enjoy it a whole different way. It's really a beautiful old school golf course and the food and service is pretty good too! Parking has never been an issue. I believe it's $99 for non members to play and $10 for a bag of balls and $20 for cart rental. It's a nice secluded course vs some that are right next to major roadways. Glad we live so close to it! We had our neighbors meeting at the Augusta Pines Club House restaurant and the staff put together a great dinner for us.

I was the photographer for the Tanko Foster wedding out here. It was the day that the main line winds blew in the doors of the reception hall one hour before reception time, and knocked out the power to the entire area. I cannot tell you how completely impressed I was, as well as my co photographer, with the way the staff remained calm, poised, and you would have never known that chaos had erupted moments before our arrival. We had a blast on the course! Greens we so well groomed. Staff, at the pro shop, they are wonderful..! (Girl at the food stand.
. Not so much, rude actually) but everyone else was super! Very professional and friendly! Beautiful spot. Love this course.
What we were not pleased with some yahoo, from Not the US.. Didn't speak English and kept leaving his hole and cutting in front of other playing into their games. No joke.
We needed someone to approach him and tell him to stop. He did this repeatedly.. Can't understand why patrol didn't say anything or get him off the course..
Other than that.. Great beautiful place!
