We put together a list of 10 Questions to ask before starting a new project:

1. What are the objectives/goals of this project? What’s the importance of this project?

Don’t be afraid to ask the client and stakeholder(s) to clarify/elaborate on what they are really trying to achieve.

2. Who are the key stakeholders? Who influences, and who has the potential to be an obstacle (a rarely asked question)?

3. What defines success for the project? Knowing what success would look like can help you and your team stay focused and make important decisions throughout the duration of the project.

4. What are the key milestones? What are the timelines and most important dates?

5. What are the biggest obstacles to getting the project done? What are the implications if the project doesn’t succeed? How much risk are you willing to take to accomplish the project?

6. What are the most important decisions that need to be made within the project? What could prevent you from making those decisions?

7. What are the project’s greatest assets, and how can you best leverage them?

8. What are the most important areas within the project that you and your team should always focus on?

9. What challenges have you encountered in the past with projects, and how can you use that experience to your advantage this time?

10. Finally, what is your personal passion for the project? What will this mean to you when you succeed?

The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people whom I admired in my lifetime. A history of entrepreneurs in my family has been a major influence and I have a strong desire to succeed for a purpose much bigger than myself.

1. Customer Service – You love the way in which they view you. Employees are polite, and competent and will respond quickly. We are there to work for you and you take care of them in exchange for doing business with them.

2. Price – Many people prefer price as their primary motive. Those businesses that have a higher price will lose those customers when someone else has a cheaper price. The company’s loyalty is due to price, not profit.

3. Trust – You put your faith in them. They do whatever they think, whenever. If you do not trust the organization, you would probably not do business with them anyway.

4. Convenience – Who doesn’t want an experience that’s simple and without friction? And, if the service is good people are also willing to pay a higher price.

5. Reputation – Good things, word of mouth, or positive feedback given to these marketing agencies play a huge part in gaining clients.

6. Consistency – This one ties in with trust and credibility. Unless there is something outside of deceit that erodes trust faster than anything, it’s a lack of honesty. You want clients to describe their interaction with you using the term “always.”

7. Culture – It is the sort of organization, with which you want to be identified with. Your beliefs are in line with theirs.

8. Vision and Core Values – You trust what they believe in. At some level, this links with culture and values, but it’s all about giving back and engaging the community. It can be a charity or some other cause that matters to you; everything from saving elephants to curing poverty in the world.

9. The way a company conducts its business – The way they do business. It’s about their operation, procedures, open hours, place, and more. It’s about their service, really. There are factors that are very real. Those may bring a customer in the door but there are several other explanations why customers want to return.

We made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19:

• Follow the policies and procedures of the employer related to illness, use of cloth masks, social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting, and work meetings and travel.

• Stay home if sick, except to get medical care.
