I was able to get an appointment within the same week that I called. He came and groomed my Morkie on the 4th of July. She had quite a few matted area around her face. She is also very skittish. I can’t recommend ATX Mobile Pet Services enough! After years of being disappointed by the customer service, pricing, results, and wait time from the Big Box grooming companies I decided to give ATX a try. I’m so glad I did. From the start I knew ATX was different. They provide booking and quotes via text message which is so convenient. Angel made me and (more importantly) my 11 year old Golden Retriever Cooper so comfortable right away. He’s truly someone you know has your pet’s best interest in mind through the entire process. I have used this company for more than 4 years. And I have never regretted it. My shitzu is very difficult to groom. (I know-how hard can a shitzu be? ). But seriously, she is a little tiger when you try to cut her nails or face. But Angel really gets it done. She looks adorable after, not the usual flathead shitzu cut. Atx Mobile pet services does a formidable job. We have been using them For the past 9 years. Our cats Anima and Vari are always pampered and treated with much love and respect. Angel just finished grooming my Maltese/Yorkie mix and I am very happy with how she looks! Very convenient to have this service right in my driveway instead of having to drive back and forth to a groomer! My biggest praise is how gentle and careful Angel was with my dog!! Daisy is healing from a CCL/ACL knee injury and has just started bearing weight on the injured leg. I explained this to Angel and he said he’d make sure she sat down for as much of the bath/groom as possible. Anyway, Daisy looks great and the leg seems just fine. Angel was very gracious With my friend's Siberian husky and I'm writing this for them. This pet is difficult and hate being groomed and handle by strangers. Ralph and Angel clicked immediately and the results were outstanding. Lola (my shih tzu) has been kicked out from PetSmart for anxiety. I was able to find this mobile services back in 2016 and ever since then they have been the only ones that understand the stress of Lola. Tried these guys a while back and haven't had the need to look for anyone else when it comes to pet grooming. They really are awesome. I have a dog who had been banned from Petsmart grooming services because of nervous and non-compliant behavior. Called ATX Mobile Pet Service and my dog has had no issues with them what so ever.
