What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy helping people improve profitability in their lives so they can have a better work-life balance. I (Dr. Willey), as a fellow private practice owner, focused my dissertation on understanding the unique strengths and struggles of private practice owners. I want to help others reduce stress and build financial freedom. I enjoy creating content for our business and would like to mentor others to create their own content and manage their own websites, and social media accounts in order to maximize their visibility and increase their profit.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small business is invaluable in building independence, creativity and sharing our talents with the world. We want to help other business owners to live an inspired life where they work in businesses they have built and enjoy working in. We have been able to successfully build our own businesses and we want to share tools and strategies to help others improve their businesses through analysis, coaching, and consulting. We enjoy helping others to be successful.

We curtail our coaching and consulting to the needs of our clients and their feedback. We build our systems and courses based on the needs of our clients. Our background in social service, human resources, coaching and consulting is extensive and our decision-making is based on the client’s industry-specific criteria. Our analyzer software allows us to analyze a business in up to ten areas quickly and with greater accuracy than our competition.

Business Coaching and Consulting
We start with a project plan based on one or more of our ten analyzers that show what needs to be done in the business. We then coach you through the process. The areas of consulting we are involved in include bankruptcy prediction and turnaround, business operations, employee motivation, business and strategic planning, business listing value, productivity, constraint-capacity consulting, sales and marketing beginning with a sales trend, branding, and company transition analysis.
Business Analyzer
Determines the amount of profit that can be recaptured through streamlining the business. This analyzer looks at last year's and year-to-date figures, to determine where the company sits based on their industry average and the best in the industry.
Turnaround Analysis
Does your company need a turnaround? This bankruptcy prediction analyzer provides five statistical probability models, each with a degree of accuracy from 72-94%, on a one to two-year basis.
Teaching You Marketing Strategies (including social media)

Our logo is an eagle and the scripture we stand on is Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." It is important to stay steadfast in business and to rely on the Lord as business building can be stressful.
