I've eaten here a lot lately. I have to admit, this is one of the best managed restaurants that I have seen (yes, I know it is part of a chain). The food is always spectacularly prepared. Although this chain is on the higher side price wise, it checks all the boxes that one would need. Eating there last night, we had Carl as our server. Not only was he positive, friendly, and accommodating; but he also did all the "little things" right. He saw my wife's iced tea was low, he refilled it without hesitation or being asked. He didn't "push" me to get a second beer until my current one was 3/4 gone. His timing was perfect on delivery from apps to dessert. You can also tell the management here runs a tight ship. We basically had a "chef's table" style view from our table. The chef who ran the pass and the runners and wait staff coordinating together was truly a beautiful thing to see. The food itself here is to die for. Whether its just a steak, crab cakes, or something else; I have yet to have a bad meal here. In a time where mediocre customer service is the norm in this world, these people shine. 5 stars!! More...

Came here by myself on a business trip and the food was out of this world. The oktoberfest menu is incredible. Had the fried zucchini, chili, and the special braised pork shank. The food is always good at Atria's and we always look forward to Oktoberfest. My only negative comment, which unfortunately is indicative of the entire industry, is the manner in which servers address their guests. When did it become the norm to ask, "Are WE ready to order?"..."Do WE want anything else?"..."Are WE ready for OUR check?". Are YOU joining us? Are YOU kicking in money for the check? Of course not. Addressing the guest as "WE" is improper English. "We" indicates that you are included in the group.I have even been addressed in this manner when I have dined alone. More...

Happy Hour price for the Nachos is great. The regular price of $13+ is too much for this appetizer. Our server, Carl, was excellent and very personable The noise level is still very loud especially with the bar and surrounding tables full. Ate here tonight and the food was amazing! Our waitress was great too. The only thing that was disappointing was the owner of the restaurant coming up to our table to tell me “we hire at 16, you know! ” As someone who is 24 and very pregnant with her first child, I took offense to this and happily told her that I was 24 and that I have a great job as an RN, to which she stood there and argued with me about my age as other people from other tables listened. It was mortifying. In all honesty, I probably won’t be back because I found that very off putting. It’s too bad though because the chicken pot pie was delicious! More...

Had a late Sunday dinner with my family, and we chose Atria's since we were in the area and have visited this location numerous times with positive results. We had a fantastic waiter in Adam- very attentive. My only reason for 4 stars is that they got rid of the awesome bread and replaced with rolls which were hard and not easy for my 3 1/2 year old to eat. Also, I ordered the Chicken Piccata, and there had to be at least an entire jar of capers in the dish. WAY too many for my liking. Otherwise, our experience was great. We will definitely come back to this location, as it's the closest one to us since PNC Park and Wexford are no longer. :-( More...
