I've used ATR Limousine several times now and usually for rides to and from the airport. First, I want to highlight my most recent experience with ATR, which was the result of having two tire blowouts on my way back to Boston after the Christmas holiday. I found myself stranded on the Massachusetts Turnpike at night in almost 0° weather and since I was about 30 mins from home I figured I would try ATR first before taking a chance on a taxi service as this was an extended trip. So, I called and left them a message explaining the situation and the owner, who was so wonderful, returned my call within minutes. Their service is available 24/7, but as they had no jobs at that particular time (late at night), no one was on the road. However, that didn’t stop the owner from insisting that he would make arrangements for me, including coming out himself if necessary. As it turns out, my favorite driver (Bobby) was available and he was en route to my location within minutes. His timing couldn’t have been better as he arrived just as the tow truck was loading up my car. Also, I was able to bring everything I needed from my car, including the luggage, since the Lexus that transported us is very spacious and comfortable with ample trunk space.

I can’t thank ATR enough for taking care of us and going out of their way late at night. I said it before this most recent experience and I will say it again, I am a customer for life! My previous review of ATR is listed below:

First and foremost, they are on time (always waiting for me, not the other way around) every single time. I won't book with anyone else because I don't have to think twice about whether someone will be waiting for me when I land at the airport at 5am or 11pm. And that person waiting has always been Bobby, who is absolutely the best part of the deal as far as I'm concerned. He remembered me (and my husband) along with the previous conversation we'd had from a year ago! Being able to chat as if he had driven us only yesterday made for a great ride home and I look forward to many more of these great trips. My husband also had another driver to the airport recently, and while I regretfully do not remember the name of the driver (although I want to say it was Jay), he was very professional and my husband was very happy with the service. ATR has an easy to use quote system online with the ability to create an account and keep track of quotes/invoices which is very helpful when traveling for business. They're also easy to work with through email and when we recently had a card cancelled due to being flagged for fraud while we were traveling, they were wonderful in contacting us and getting updated payment information (we had a horrible experience with the credit card company and the fact that ATR was so pleasant about the situation really made a difference). PART ONEI was concerned about flying into Boston Logan during a major weather alert for Boston so I contacted a few car services in the area prior my trip this week. Within a few minutes of requesting a quote from ATR, during the middle of the night by the way, John the Operations Director of the company, answered all my texts promptly and booked my reservation. If there's one thing I consider myself an expert at it's traveling and finding the best services, hotels and airlines to not just use but frequent. I was so nervous about my trip to the greater Boston region because of the travel alerts of a snow storm that finding the most reliable and safe service to use was my top priority.Thank goodness. Thank goodness. And one more time, thanks goodness that I got connected with John. Not only did I easily book my airport transport with him to pick me up from Boston Logan but he was able to provide me transportation all the way to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This of course during a slippery, slidey snow day.When I arrived in Boston the plane was stuck on the runway for about 30+ minutes and then when I got down to the baggage area that too was delayed. All along the way, from when I arrived to when he picked me up John and I kept in communication via text. I kept him updated about the delays and he kept assuring me that he would be there to pick me up when I finally got my luggage. As a woman traveler who's travelled all over the world, finding a reliable and safe form of transportation is a necessity as I usually travel alone and frequently arrive and travel during the red eye time periods.When I finally got my luggage John directed me to which door to go through and one cross walk later, there he was. Dressed beautifully in a suit jacket and tie and with a friendly  smile, John took my bag and opened the door into a beautiful and spotless clean Lexus. I was so relieved and thankful because while I was picking up my luggage there were loads of people that didn't have transportation that night because there were a lack of Ubers in the area due the snow storm.It was snowing like crazy and the roads were slick and surely, safely and slowly John drove me to Portsmouth, New Hampshire were my meeting was scheduled for the next day. While I was on pins and needles the entire way to New Hampshire because of the snow storm, John kept his eyes on the road, entertained me with Bostonians do's and dont's and skillfully and carefully maneuvered us through the snow and ice. I arrived at the hotel in New Hampshire nice and safe and ready for the next day.PART TWOI was in Portsmouth for a few days and was so thrilled with the service and care I received that, I booked a round trip back from Portsmouth to Boston Logan. On this round, John texted me the day before and told me that Jay his best driver would be picking me up. Paranoid that I would be stuck in Portsmouth with no way to get back I asked John for Jay's number so I could confirm he would be coming. John texted back Jay's number and within a few minutes, I was confirming with Jay that he would get me at 7:30 AM the next morning.As a world traveler you always have to be prepared and to also double check your itinerary especially since I knew I was on an over sold flight back to Phoenix. Getting to the airport on time was a priority for me and since Boston can sometimes be traffic challenged, I was all about being on time.This morning as I was checking out of my hotel, 30 minutes before pick up time Jay texted me and told me he was already in the area. WHEW!Yipee! A car service and team that meets exactly what I'm looking for. Jay came into the hotel, picked me up, whisked me off into a shiny, clean Suburban and voila off to Boston we went.Jay like John was the ultimate professional, as former Marriott corporate executive he knew how to deliver exceptional customer service. Jay was friendly, conversational and I truly enjoyed what seemed like a short ride from Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Boston Logan.So if you're a business traveler. solo woman traveler or anyone searching for an outstanding customer service experience, use ATR Limo for your Boston, NYC and car service needs. The perfect experience all around! Choosing ATR Limousine was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. When it came time to find a transportation vendor, ATR really stood out. They were friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Their drivers and staff made every step leading up to our wedding day easy. We would recommend ATR limo to anyone looking for great service for their day! John coordinated everything we needed and responded to emails within hours every time. He even called a few days before to confirm every small detail which made me feel so much better the day of! They were super accommodating with making multiple trips between locations as we had a lot of shuttling to do before hand with pictures and quite a large bridal party (I had other places tell me I had to pay for a larger limo when that just seemed crazy for the 3 mile drive we had).
Our driver Jim was fantastic, so sweet and extremely helpful with coordinating all of us (and my crazy dress!) once we got to the church. He kept in touch with the groom and I all day via cell phone to be sure we were always in the loop regarding traffic etc.

ATR Limousine was a major factor for our wedding in metro Boston going as well as it did. When doing the initial booking, they worked with me to find the optimal vehicle and pricing point that would provide us what we sought at the best price. Deposits and documentation were handled quickly and efficiently. Our driver was incredible, handling the assignment of driving the groom's party from Cambridge to Norton and back then having to drive back down to Bridgewater to pick up the bride and her family and drive them to Boston with aplomb. Our limo was pristine, and the champagne to toast our special day immediately after the ceremony was greatly appreciated. Every single time milestone we had in mind was met, even accounting for Boston traffic that weekend. Even the bride's father remarked later that he had originally not been in favor of a city wedding, but the limo ride into the city made the day not only stress free for him but very enjoyable. We rented the lovely Rolls Royce for myself and my parents to ride in to the wedding, and two 10 passenger stretch limo's for my wedding party/and parents post wedding, while my husband and I rode in the Rolls to the reception.
All drivers were friendly and so professional!!! John, drove the Rolls and he was so helpful, knew when to bring out the tissues for me pre and post wedding! He even fluffed my dress when I walked into the church with my dad!! Everyone had an amazing time in the limo's and we arrived everywhere on time, even for the fourth of July weekend!! John the office manager was extremely responsive and easy to work with. My wedding was last minute but he was able to confirm his team's availability immediately and answered every phone call/email I had regarding logistics same day (even on a Sunday). The limo we hired arrived on time and in near mint condition. Our Driver, Jay, was probably the best dressed in our entire group in a sharp tux! I can not say enough good things about ATR.

Jay was flexible enough to make 3 round trips between my hotel and the ceremony location so that we only needed to provide the single limo for guest transportation (only 20 guests). He was prompt , courteous, and professional. He even dropped our photographer back at her car at the end of the night.
