I offer values based coaching with a creative emphasis on rebranding through spiritual healing without religion or anything new agey.

As a 13 year 3 combat tour veteran and ex christian of 28 years, I know what it’s like to have to rebuild life from the ground up. It’s a challenging yet incredibly rewarding process! I’ve spent the last eight years rediscovering my life and mastering the process of reflecting healing light onto painful emotions from traumatic experiences that were the root cause of my mental and physical suffering.

Here’s a nugget of coaching wisdom. Powerful breakthroughs start when you challenge limiting assumptions that keep the mind stuck in a fixed position.
