Matt is going around stealing people hard earned money. I hired him to put up a privacy fence. He don’t know what he is doing. He was ignoring our phone calls and text messages. He left my yard a mess. he show up he always send a text messages saying he was coming and never showed up. Every time he open his mouth a lie come out . He even took a deposit from my next door neighbor and never started her fence and he didn’t come back. He is a THEAF I wish I can post pictures so everyone can see Matthew Demayo for what he is.check multiple sites he’s on so you can see all of his bad reviews.he definitely don’t give money back.you received 1 star because I had to give you something to post my review other than that you would have no stars. The job was scheduled for the rugs to be cleaned on Saturday which the job was just sold the Wednesday before I called her Saturday morning and told her we would have to reschedule for Monday or whatever day of her choosing and she said she wants to cancel send money back and I told her the $50 was already spent on the T riyals and fluids for cleaning her rug I offered to give her the materials that were purchased for her job and she turned down and offered still to do the job and she turned it down Adam still offering to do the job if she sees this

Matt is known to scam people, take their deposits and not perform work, not clean up after his work, and overall perform shoddy jobs and demand payment and large up front deposits.

Again we are still contracted to do the installation for David that's why you can not trust what crazy people out there write about companies because they're is no check and balance system to make sure what people say is true. All people do is something like what this guy Dave wrote and it's not even checked to see if it is true and they can hurt a company and the family's of the people that work for it. Matt came to give an estimate and all was fine. I gave him a $700 deposit through Venmo. I called the next day to ask for a refund as we decided to go in another direction. Jamie was a little crazy she went to the police because she thought she was entitled to all of the deposit back when she canceled after a few days of signing that invoice / contract the money that she put down we already had purchased the material for her job and spent the money, the deposit that she put down. So when she thought that she wasn't getting her money back which was already spent for the material for her job she went to the police, so not only did we have to give the deposit back in full but we lost the money too because we already had bought her material to do her installation. So anyone who was thinking about doing any work for this lady think twice . she went to the police and made a big commotion any contractors out there think twice...........................because you will lose a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
