Everything was great from beginning to end. Chip had me test out several used ellipticals and gave me the pros-and-cons of each before I settled on a LifeFitness commercial grade model. On April 2, Zach arrived at my house and did the preventive maintenance on the treadmill in the basement and was informed based on the usage it would need to be done every two years. Our experience with Atlantic Fitness Brokers was great from start to finish. They worked around our schedule for delivery of the treadmill and they were very helpful in moving some other items around in our home to get the treadmill exactly where we wanted it. And they were very professional and courteous throughout. The treadmill arrived exactly as advertised as well. Â It was completely refurbished and looked brand new. They even did some customizing for us by painting it for us and freshening up the LifeFitness logos on the machine. All in all it was a great experience. Fantastic company. Fantastic staff. Fantastic owner. I bought a treadmill from Atlantic Fitness Brokers and it was delivered last week. They gave me a 30 minute delivery window (who does that now a days as everything is at least a 4 hour window!!) They showed up on time, were professional, and put together my new treadmill and gave me a tutorial on the machine. I have since used the treadmill a few times (in a week) and the product is exactly as marketed. I highly recommend Atlantic Fitness Brokers. More...
