Areas that were cleaned were done well, however there were a number of areas that were missed. To their credit, we were unable to be there at the time to make sure they did not miss these things, however a lot of the areas that were missed, I'm not sure how they would have been overlooked. I lost my previous service to Covid, so had to find a replacement. I was very happy with the job Atlanta Cleaner Homes did. They texted to see if they could come early - seldom a problem with that! The cleaner that I expected to show up did not show up. Her husband did - 3+ hours late. In his pajamas and bonnet w/ a dirty string mop wrapped in a Kroger bag, small bucket, and a couple of other products. His behavior the whole time was strange and not like someone who does this for a living. I paid over $300 for a move-in cleaning for my very first home and was *sorely* disappointed. SORELY. Will never, ever use this service again.Update: Was never contacted as the owner claims in her below response. Never. Not once. I never talked down to him. Never. Not once. I was curious who this random man was showing up at my house when I was expecting a woman & was cautious, considering I hadn't been notified of the change & live alone. We were in need of a rental property cleaning for our Airbnb . The company we usually use for our cleaning needs were booked up for the week. We had to shop around a bit for a temporary replacement. We came across Atlanta Cleaner Homes via google. Their website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Their pricing was unbeatable compared to the cleaning company we reached out prior to going with them. Alicia reached out to me via telephone to confirm my booking and answer any questions I had. Two ladies were sent out to the property as scheduled.The cleaning took about 3.5 to 4 hrs.They even used eco-friendly cleaning solutions which left a pleasant lavender scent lingering in the air. The ladies offered me a walkthrough of the property prior to departing, but there wasn't any need for it. From the looks of it they did a superb job. My counters tops were shining without streak marks. The baseboards were cleaned as well.
