When I get my meals to go, I expect to get the food I paid for. I get home only 1 of 2 soups is in the bag. The sandwich was wrong and we were the only people in the store. Just went to Woodstock store. We were literally in there with no one else at the register and only one other person in the restaurant. I noticed the male cashier had dirty nails but blew it off. Order a half sandwich and soup. My husband ordered a soup bread bowl to go. It took a while to get no problem so far. Got our food and brought it home. We were short a soup and my half sandwich was wrong. I called back and ask to speak to the manager. The male with the dirty nails say he is the manger. I tell him what happened and he says let me see if I rang it in right. Well I did so I’ll talk to them. I am blown away that we could be the only people there and I didn’t get my soup and my half sandwich was wrong. I didn’t even wait for any other conversation. My family and I did some last minute school shopping at the Target in Woodstock and later decided to stop by Atlanta Bread Company inside the shopping plaza. I actually caught the lunch rush but the shift was absolutely fantastic and it appeared they have a great system in place  to accommodate a lunch rush of that magnitude.  They pushed out the long customer line with a smile on their faces and the food still maintained great presentation and taste. Everyone knows that airport food is generally trash but sometimes you just have to roll the dice and hope for the best. I placed a modest order that ended up costing about $20 for a sandwich and a side of chili. After waiting a bit, they called my name and handed me a sandwich. The wrong one, of course, and no chili. Presenting my recipe and the contents of the bag to the staff, I asked them to give me what I ordered. Instead, they mumbled while ignoring me. I realized that they only way to get relief for the situation would end in a conversation with airport security, I took my sandwich. Biting into it, I quickly realized it was inedible. I threw the sandwich away along with any hope of getting my money back. After my latest visit here, I wanted to update my review. There has been a facelift as the chairs are renewed - it all is good now and no worries anymore with the weared-out furniture that left those green peaces into your clothes. .. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. The food is consistent and always tastes great. I've only ever had one issue where they forgot to put the cheese in the tomato soup - no big deal.
