AMPT is an acronym for Athletics & Mindfulness Personal Training. We take a holist approach to personal training that combines mindfulness practices with athletic training for accelerated and longer lasting results. By building the mind and the body, we have repeatedly found that people become more confident, more in control, more capable and more fulfilled in their everyday life, which translates to more and faster results.

We get to change peoples' lives everyday! We have become a safe and comfortable place for our clients to learn about themselves and grow! Many of our clients have learned to love working out and have gotten results faster because of that. To be able to change peoples' mindset in a positive direction is the most rewarding part of this job because people are then more capable and happier.

We saw a need in the world and thought we could start to fill that need.
