We are based in Los Angeles but have completed work across the country, most recently a 43,000 sf tech office in Austin and two retail boutiques in New York City.
Residential
We work with private homeowners and developers to design homes that are uplifting and epitomize contemporary living. Our forms and material choices are anchored in the scale and history of their neighborhoods. We layout and detail our interiors to maximize functionality and invite experiences. Above all, we endeavor to create environments that embody our clients’ tastes and lifestyles.
We have built a trusted network of consultants (Structural/MEP/Civil/Geotechnical Engineers, Lighting/Energy Consultants, Permit Expeditors, General Contractors) that we deploy on a per project basis, and have the expertise and experience to lead coordination through code review and design to permitting and approvals. We are heavily engaged during construction to ensure a timely and detailed-oriented execution of each project.
We have completed and are actively working on the following Residential Scopes of Work: New-Build Single-Family Residences, Single-Family Gut Remodels, Single-Family Additions, New-Build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), ADU Garage Conversions, California SB9 Units (Second Principal Dwelling Units), and Hardscape/Landscape Remodels. Our clients include private homeowners and developers.
Commercial
We immerse ourselves in the culture of each business we work with to create functional and elegant environments that embody the enterprising spirit of our clients. We play with programming, flow, materiality, and color to create spaces that invite exploration and engagement.
Our Commercial Services include Offices, Retail, and Restaurants. We have worked with our Commercial clients on the following: Tenant Improvement Consultation and Design, Workplace Strategy and Design, Value Engineering, Consultant Coordination, General Contractor Bid Management, Owner’s Representation, Lighting Design, Finish Material Selection and Procurement, FF+E (Furniture, Fixtures + Equipment) Selection and Procurement, Custom Millwork/Furniture/Upholstery, and Curated Artwork + Furnishings.
