What do you love most about your job?
As an experienced executive coach, what I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals and organizations. It's incredibly rewarding to see my clients grow, develop their leadership skills, and achieve their professional goals. I also value the continuous learning and personal growth that comes with coaching different leaders, each with their unique challenges and perspectives. Lastly, the deep connections and relationships I build with my clients over time are truly fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration to start my own executive coaching business stemmed from my personal journey of starting and growing multiple startups. I experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, and this journey instilled in me a deep understanding of the business landscape. I realized that I could leverage my experiences to guide others on their path to success. The desire to give back, to share the lessons I've learned, and to help others navigate their own entrepreneurial or leadership journeys was a powerful motivator for me to start my own coaching business.

I provide my executive coaching services exclusively online and remotely. This approach offers several advantages. Thirdly, remote coaching often leads to more focused and efficient sessions, as there are fewer distractions compared to in-person meetings. Lastly, in the current global climate, remote coaching ensures the safety and comfort of all parties involved. My goal is to make the coaching process as convenient and effective as possible for my clients, and remote coaching allows me to do just that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have transitioned to providing all coaching services remotely. This ensures the safety of my clients by eliminating the need for in-person meetings and reducing the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, I have implemented flexible rescheduling policies for clients who may be affected by the virus, ensuring they can focus on their health without worrying about missed sessions. I also encourage and maintain open lines of communication about any Covid-19 related concerns. The safety and well-being of my clients is my top priority, and I am committed to adapting my services as needed to navigate this challenging time.
