I don't care about the employees in Nampa Idaho never had a good experience with them but the Boise office the lady's are professional and so sweet I highly recommend the Boise office have been with them for a year and a half verry satisfied they really care about there clients as well as employees but remember the Boise office not nampa

I came to Assisting Hands in an hour of need. My father had just succumbed to a short illness. My mother is now home alone with her own issues that need constant attention. Riccardo and Roxanne quickly assessed the situation and made very specific care recommendations. They matched Mom with a loving caregiver. Their chemistry clicked from the first day. I have arranged for in-home care for other family members over the years. With Assisting Hands I had none of the hassles that I experienced with other providers. Assisting Hands has been a godsend. With my aging mother living so far from me and my brother, it has been so comforting to know that Lourdes, Roxanne and all the other Assisting Hands caretakers are there for my mother whenever she needs help, no matter how small the task. The employees are so caring, constantly checking up on my Mom to make sure she is okay. They also keep my brother and me completely informed about my mother's status, sending written reports and making phone calls. And, most importantly, my mother loves her Assisting Hands caretakers!!
