Often, a potential client will say "I have no idea where to begin?". It is my goal to help answer that question and set the foundation for our work together. Whether it is a short-term crisis you are facing or if you are needing a longer-term coaching option this is the place to start.

With a background in mental health counseling and life coaching I work collaboratively with my clients to address their presenting concerns so that they can live a more meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling life.

During our sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, while also exploring (but not limited to) the importance of self-care, healthy interpersonal relationships, coping mechanisms, mindfulness training, spirituality, as well as other opportunities for positive changes and evolvement in your life.

I provide clients with a “toolbox” filled with skills that they can take with them after our sessions to help prevent personal, professional and mental burnout while also working towards a better overall quality of life.

Above all, I encourage any potential client to extend yourself the empathy that you deserve to heal! Everyone deserves to heal.
