We hired Pam/Aspen Catering for our office Christmas party. From our initial visit (she came to our Frisco office to allow us to sample her appetizers), to the planning, and finally, to the actual event, we received 5 star service. Our bartender and waiter arrived early, even helping me with some last minute agenda items for my team. They were incredibly attentive, and cleaned everything at the end of the evening. We couldn't have picked a better catering service for our wedding reception! Pam and her team are exceptional and their service is impeccable. The initial anxiety we had about our reception at a museum disappeared the first time we met with them since they were able to provide pretty much everything for our entire reception (food, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, cutlery, bartenders, servers, etc). Pam is super responsive and communicative to the LAST detail. She was happy to meet with us multiple times to discuss food menu, cocktails, tastings, and gave us so many great suggestions. They adjusted really well to our requests and our budget!Our food menu consisted of multiple appetizers and tapas which were to DIE for (our guests raved about it). The almond/bacon crostinis, mushroom pockets, and salmon oscars were a hit. Servers and bartenders were nothing but excellent,. We've used Aspen multiple times before for company lunches but most recently they catered a Valentine's Day hot chocolate party for us. The hot chocolate was delicious, hot and served with all kinds of toppings! Everyone loved it! We also had sugar cookies that were amazing! Soft and moist, they were great. I WORKED AT ACCOR NORTH AMERICA IN THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT AND I WAS IN CHARGE OF GETTING FOOD FOR DIFFERENT MEETINGS AND WE WERE STRONG ABOUT BACKING MINORITY BUSINESSES AND I FOUND ASPEN DELI. I used Aspen Catering for a Saturday Academic Competition. It was an early start (730am) and they were there with no issues at all. They were even a little early- huge PLUS!!!. Delivery guy was nice and on top of setting everything out and making suggestions. They also came back and delivered lunch on time and set up was easy. The food was fresh and order was perfect. The parmesan chips were especially addicting. Their vegetarian options for sandwiches were perfect too. WOW! All I can say about Aspen Catering is that they are one of the most accommodating catering companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. My own Atlanta-based company organized an ice cream party for a very big client of ours, and we went back and forth with two catering companies until we found Aspen. Pam was quick to reply, compared the rates of the other catering company we were speaking to, and was able to give us the best bang for our buck without sacrificing any of the amenities we wanted for our event.
