We hired ASP Construction for our whole house 'to the studs' remodel in Los Altos of over 3,300 sq ft that included extensive work in all aspects of construction including foundation and framing. Â Most importantly, ASP has been on time and on budget, and also very important for me was that Arash takes pride in his work and his company. Ultimately, that means that he built a relationship with us by coming through time and time again during the inevitable issues that arise during construction. The only way to build a long term business. Â We were referred to ASP through a good friend who when through a new home build in Palo Alto which also turned out great. I can't say enough great things about Arash.  He helped us with addition and major remodeling our house back in 2008, He also saved us lots of time and money by helping us to choosing the right finishes for our house, with very good interior designing skill he has, trust me he did absolutely great job and we are still impress with his quality of work after almost 4 years.  People don't usually feel this way about their contractors but he was so likeable, easy to work with and reliable... he took so much stress out of the process.  We were so lucky to have him and we will certainly work with him again. I've been working with Asp for over 10 years. Â If you are in a rush you need to go else where. Â If you want quality this is one of the rare contractors that i've worked with who cares mainly about the quality and service of his subs. Â One of his biggest plus which most contractors don't have anymore is that he pays all his sub contractors so you wont have to worry about getting a lein on your property. Â Asp is one of the few contractors who we do business with based on a handshake. Â Other contractors we collect deposit and signature before we start a project. Â I go thru many homes everyday and Asp is ranked at 10 from 0 to 10 in both quality and workmanship. Check out his quality of workmanship and see for yourself and you'll see what i'm talking about.
