Some people may say I'm particular, some may say I'm a pain in the you know what, but Auggie never wavered from delivering first class service, great advice, detailed explanations, and great edits every time I called or emailed him. Our value proposition comes through on our new site loud and clear based on the collaborative effort Auggie and his team brought to my team. I have to say working with Auggie Diaz has been a real pleasure. He's been completely responsive to my needs, very flexible, and takes my business as seriously as he takes his own. He has made a practice of being on budget and on time, and he's done a great job. I feel as though I didn't hire a marketing company so much as gained a partner and a friend. Auggie is great. I definitely recommend him! More...

What makes a great website?
The idea is to make the website/content, not about you the owner of the business, but make it for the client & visitors. Very often our clients what a "About Me" website and what we need to do is answer the big questions your clients are asking. The website needs to be responsive to all mobile devices and needs to ensure that all on-page SEO coding is done as well.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Client's goals, client visitor demographics, we request a ballpark of the client's average sale. The reason we do this is to ensure the services they need will produce a profitable ROI. We ask for the company history and where they want to be short-term & long-term
Describe your creative process.
1st is meeting with client to find out the goals of the project, who is the target audience, what is the corp message,
2nd meeting we review the strategy, what is the best marketing plan & budgets
3rd will be placing the plan into action
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Client's goals, client visitor demographics, project budget, we request a ballpark of the client's average sale. The reason we do this is to ensure the services they need will produce a profitable ROI. We ask for the company history and where they want to be short-term & long-term
What do you love most about your job?
Helping businesses grow, becoming a part of their team and an extension of their company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For over 25+ years I made millions for some of the Northeasts largest family owned businesses as a senior manager for them. I also had a passion for online businesses & marketing for over the past 15 years, So when the time came that I rose to the ranks I wanted to, by work for other people, I decided to work for myself, take my talents & passions for helping others, to the small/med business market place
Why should our clients choose you?
Unlike most of the proposals you will get, I am sure, I am one of the few that has run successful businesses for over 25+ years. I know what it takes to grow a P&L and companies bottom line. My name is on every project so I take your success personally. Also, we don't have any long term contracts, so we earn your business each month.
Also If you decide to work with us, you will not be a number on a piece of paper or a spreadsheet. We deeply value the fact that, behind each business, we work with, there are real people, with real responsibilities, and always real families that depend on the success of the businesses with whom we work.
