Keying on the character of the person being honored and creating the decor that matched this personality was simply outstanding and my guests had nothing but praise for the work of Lisa and her staff. The ability to plan, create, and design an event from beginning to day of execution that is driven by the client’s vision. It’s my clients’ faces when the experience what they envisioned and then some.

I’ve always planned events and decorate for my family members. I decided to start my business as my children became young adults and were more independent ( so what).

I’m very upfront and honest with my client and always encourage them to share exactly what they want their day to be able like even if they think it’s not possible. My job is to make it possible.

I offer wedding consultation and other required meetings remotely.

Since the unfortunate inception of Covid-19 we have been offering clients several service options. We will be offering free wedding consultation meetings via phone. Once our service(s) are retained we will then have our follow up meeting via video conference or face to face (mask required).

Full Service Planning & Styling starts at $6500...

Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:


Pre-Wedding
Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a -wedding checklist
Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
Ceremony + reception venue selection
Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
Contract review
Vendor management
Creation and execution of a design scheme
Ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
Tracking of guest RSVP’s
Wedding favors & accessories
Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care
Marriage License assistance
Etiquette information
General advice and consultation
Unlimited meetings and coordination time
Attendance at vendor meetings
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

The Wedding Day

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

This Package Includes:

Pre-Wedding
Three pre-wedding consultations
Vendor recommendations
Vendor contract reviews
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest books, place cards, favors, etc.

Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline (wedding party)

The client personalities should be evident when their guests enter the first event venue. The event design process is inspired by the client and it’s the event designers job to use the inspiration as a guide to create a distinct style and elegance. You and your guests will be wowed!
