I meet my clients where they are, and work as a team toward realistic and attainable goals. I provide support, motivation, and accountability. I try to simplify the process and take the guess work out for each person.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Self-love, self-respect, and self-assurance are first. If you are attuned to what your body needs, the rest will come.
Personal Training
All training sessions can be virtual or in-person. As a new client you will receive a free phone consultation to discuss your personal goals and a possible training schedule. During our first session, we will perform several fitness assessments to get baseline measurements. From there we will set  specific, measurable goals on a  timeline to set you up for success.
