I use a signature system using TimeLine Therapy, NLP, Gene Keys, & Human Design to structure a program that's specifically for you and where you're currently struggling. I promise this program helps you let go of anything that’s holding you back from the life you truly desire. You will discover your purpose, get unstuck, let go of limiting beliefs and past conditioning, accept yourself, and thrive.
Here is what you will get:
Each week we have a 60-90minute zoom call.
Sessions 1-4: We deep dive into Gene Keys. These weeks we will unlock your purpose. Open your heart to feeling more loving towards yourself. Bring anything into awareness that may be hurting you from staying in control of your emotions that are keeping you stuck and stagnant. Each will week has a journaling workbook.
Sessions 5-11: We clear out emotions, fears, and core wounds. We also clear and reframe any limiting decisions and beliefs. This will allow you to move forward with the life you truly want to live without anything from your past holding you back or keeping you small. Session 11, we set goals to work towards for the next few weeks, ensuring that you will feel motivated, productive, content, and in control of your emotions and life.
Sessions 12-14: We do check-in sessions on the progress of your goals. Clear out any limiting decisions and or beliefs that are still coming up. We will reframe as needed. To ensure your success in fulfilling any goals in the specific area of your life. Session 14, we go over your results and goals.
