Business Project Consulting
At Ascent, we approach business consulting as a project-based engagement. We will begin with a FREE 1-2 hour information gathering meeting with key stakeholders. During this meeting, we will discuss the end goal(s) you are trying to achieve as well as your ideal timeline for completion. Pricing will be based on these and other factors and presented in a Project Scope Engagement contract prior to commencement. In short, you will be given a clear understanding of the methods, costs, and projected timeline before you are asked to make a decision to move forward.
