Q&As

What makes a great website is, essentially, in the eye of the user.
First, there are two basic matrices when auditing the potential
effectiveness of a site under development: UI & UX, or
User Interface and User Experience. The former measures the
responsiveness of the website as it relates to user interaction,
while the latter is more of a yardstick to measure design functionality,
including mobile responsiveness and general aesthetics, in a nutshell.
A well built site must also be informative and serve a particular purpose.
An example would be a site having some form of call-to-action
(submit email here to subscribe, for instance), in the case of a site
which is being used for doing business. In other cases, like a site which
is used as a registry of some sort, its efficiency would be based on the
prompts and information fields. Such a site must ask the right questions,
must mine the most accurate data, and must deliver this information to
the appropriate destination, such as a company's or key employee's inbox.
Also, the websites copy (language) and utility
(why and how it is being used) must be in compliance with certain
regulations that are enforced by certain government entities.
These are only a few of the characteristics that are indicative of a great website.

We firmly believe in the entrepreneurial spirit, and welcome the opportunity to help small businesses, start-ups, not-for-profit organizations, and sole proprietors fulfill their dreams. To do so, we have to get to know each other better. Some of the questions that I may ask are as follows:

How did you hear of our company?
How long have you been in business?
How long have you been at your location, in your city/state?
What methods do you employ to market and promot‌e your business?
Do you have a Website?
How do you measure your progress?
How do you normally generate leads for your business?
Do you have any partners, full time or part time employees? How many?
Do you have a budget allocated for advertising?

What I love most about my job is that it isn't all about money. The clients with whom I work all have a greater vision, and money is only a byproduct. The true profit comes from a sense of fostering growth and overcoming challenges. For me, being a factor in making the greater vision a reality, using my creativity, and assisting in launching a dream is the best work anyone could have. I would do it for free if I didn't like eating so much.

I decided to get into this line of work because I got a true sense of fulfillment and accomplishment, when I volunteered to work for a colleague doing marketing for his recording studio, and I was made a partner in the business. I was honored and validated as a true marketing professional; the greatest accolade next to husband and father. After that I knew what I wanted to be, and do.

Your clients should choose Ascension 360 because we take a well-rounded approach to developing and retaining business. Consequently, our work stands out from others who do what we do. For instance, during our research phase we discovered that if we structured as a mobile service provider, we could offer more solutions, and more competitive rates. Also, we've made ourselves more accessible to our clients by using our unlimited mobile calling and text capabilities for customer support and service. We can also accept any mobile payment option any time, anywhere.

A360 was founded as a mobile consultancy. Providing services online/remotely was actually embedded into the business model from the inception. Aside from allowing consultants the flexibility to work "on-the-move", being a mobile business saves on overhead costs. Otherwise these costs would eventually have to be absorbed by the clients, as they would compel us to hike up rates and fees just to survive. Fortunately, we save money by operating how we do, which allows those savings to be passed on to the clients.

We understand that diligence in combating the pandemic is more than serious. Speaking personally, my life and the lives of most of the people that I know, have been harshly affected and completely changed by Covid-19. In some cases, that change came in the form of loss of life. To do our part, we observe social distancing, we are constantly wearing masks, and we bathe in hand sanitizer whenever possible. We wipe our devices with disinfectant and wear shades and gloves whenever appropriate. Concluding, we work remotely and conference by telephone, communicate by text, email and/or fax, and stay out of the way as much as humanly possible.
