I can’t tell you how taken back I was. Not only did Joseph show up promptly, nor simply assist us to our destination, he actually introduced us to LA.
Joseph carefully and quickly placed our luggage in his vehicle. He shared personal reflections with insight on our area. He wove stories together that excited us for the area. He even provided an excellent listening experience. This guy just had awesome tunes jamming the whole ride.
Most reviews will only shed some insight on the service. It was “good”. It was “excellent”. But I want to leave this review GLOWING! Joseph went far and beyond my expectations of a driver. What can I say? He actually became a friend!
