I have been working with Alex for years and I can’t recommend her enough. Always challenging me but keeping in mind my physical limits. The virtual training was a godsend during Covid and I’ve been able to continue with it and I love it!!! The refresh program she helps run keeps you on track and in check with working out and your food journal. Check it out when she runs it again. You won’t be disappointed. I joined a 6 week program Alex co-hosted. Although I fell and injured my rotator cuff (among other things!!) and was unable to participate at the capacity I had hoped, I had a private session with her to discuss my options. Alex is extremely knowledgeable. She gave me stretches to help my shoulder and suggested modifications. I was so impressed with her attention and experience, I referred my clients (I just closed my own personal training studio) to her. I’m still rehabbing but was able to do one of her workouts yesterday and it was great! I’m definitely “aware” of my muscles today! I would definitely continue to recommend Alex!! More...

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping people. I've worked with so many amazing clients and to be able to change their lives for the better, no matter how small the change, brings me such joy. One example is my client Laurie, who went through a very invasive spinal fusion after suffering from arthritis down her spine for several years. When I started with her over 4 years ago, she could barely bend forward slightly or tilt her neck sitting in a chair. After working with her every week (2 60 minute sessions per week) and cleaning up her diet, she not only lost weight but found her mobility again! She now does tons of squats, core work, can use machines at the gym, and actually function without chronic pain in her everyday life. I just love knowing I was able to help get her there.

Absolutely! Our trainers work with clients one-on-one via FaceTime and Zoom for half hour and hour sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is sanitized in between sessions and all trainers practice social distancing and masks when necessary.
One-on-one in home personal training
30 or 60 minute one-on-one personal training session.
Program varies based on client's individualized program.
Sessions may include the following:
-resistance training
-weight training
-cardio/ hiit
-core strength
-balance & flexibility
-stretching & foam rolling
-posture
-injury prevention & rehabilitation
