Well trained staff, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This facility truly puts the best interests of children first. Each supervisor writes very detailed reports during visitation, including any altercations /problems caused by either parent. Highly recommended, especially if you're going through a custody battle during a high conflict divorce, and are being falsely accused of abuse. More...

Mary doesn't return phone calls, or allows the custodial parent to switch agencies. They play games and forces Parents to go back to court verses working their issues outside of court. For example, we told the agency and visiting parent we want a different agency due to safety concerns, and inabilities to communicate with us from the agency. The visiting party refuses to switch and Mary backs up the visiting party. Basically, we don't take him they threatened to call police and give us a bad report. Next issue, the visiting party was always late like 2 minutes before the visit. Policy is visiting party to arrive 15 minutes before the visit and us 5 minutes before. How is anyone supposed to see if someone is high on drugs two minutes before the visit. Another issue is the reports that we had to pay for $60.00 left out the fact the visiting party would set up appointments for visits and giving us the wrong times on Talking Parents. We miss a visit and we get a bad report. This place is highly inappropriate. Allen one week was like "Yes, I know the mom changes appointment times like her socks" the following week after court "talk to Mary we like what we see and Mary decides what goes in the report" Mary is like god, you know she is there but you never talk to her or sees her. She will not return phone calls. Another issue is confidentiality with this agency. I'm going to the board because of previous reviews my concern is our information of our address, phone numbers and emails being shared with the other parent. This is a safety issue. So if the visiting party likes this agency you have a choice go back to court or risk having the police being called. Prior notification and discussion doesn't matter.
