I am putting my house on the market so I asked for the deep cleaning package which included “floor to ceiling cleaning, and inside/outside of oven and microwave”. They have great reviews so I was excited, and had no doubts. The photographer was set to come the next morning to take pictures of my home and put it on the market. Being that I was also told there would be a walkthrough to ensure satisfaction I had no worries. I was wrong. I got home and they were gone. So much for the walkthrough. Microwave and oven inside were still dirty. Ceiling fans and fixtures were full of dust. Floors were not done, windows weren’t done. So many areas looked like they hadn’t been wiped down. In my opinion It was a basic cleaning but nowhere near a deep clean at all. To top it off they took the deposit and haven’t returned my calls or texts. No idea what happened to them ♀️Since the house was not ready I had to tell my realtor to cancel the photographer and ended up losing my deposit with the photographer. Overall disappointed. More...
