I had my truck wrapped at another local company and it looked terrible, not to mention they ruined parts of my perfect paint. The folks at Artsign were so helpful with removing the wrap (just a few weeks old) and re-wrapping my truck! It looks so amazing and the colors are exactly what they should be. They did decals on my car when I bought it and it is now 5 years old and they are as bright as when they were applied, no peeling either. To this day people stop me at least a couple of times a week to tell me how much they like my car. It was so easy, they took pictures of my car and I gave them a very general description of what I wanted and they used a program to show me some different styles and how they would look on my vehicle. Everyone knows Artsign can wrap a vehicle, but how about a cast? When my toddler broke his arm I asked Jen how we could decorate his cast. She created some great stickers that were creative and durable. I expected they would fall off (or get pulled off) after a day or two, but they lasted in perfect condition until the cast was remove. This is the fourth vehicle they have done for me and I have been extremely satisfied with all four wraps. Camille did a great job working with me getting the vehicles quoted out and scheduled. ... all though they do a great job, I was pretty disappointed at their people skills today when I picked up my vehicle. When I walked in they didn't even greet me or ask what I needed, I had to tell them why I was there then when I told them it looked great I couldn't even get a thank you. The gal sitting at front looked like she hated being there. It's just frustrating when you go into a business and you don't feel welcomed or appreciated for the business you gave them. I'm not sure if they knew I was the owner of the company's vehicle they wrapped but I might start looking at other wrap company's if this is how it's going to be when I walk in to pick up a vehicle. Can't say enough about ArtSign (in a good way). I know they have large customers who place giant orders. In reality, I'm probably their smallest client.
