Yesterday was the third time in the past two years I have ordered flowers from Artistry to celebrate a special event, and each time the flowers have been beautiful, the service wonderful, and the delivery timely (same day-I'm a procrastinator). I've ordered flowers from Artistry in Flowers for my mom's birthday for the last several years, and they've always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.  They keep my information on file so they can reference what I've ordered in the past, as well as keep addresses they've delivered to for me ... which helps immensely because I can never remember to put these addresses in a place where I can reference them. :P They take the time to discuss what kind of flowers I'd like to send, and they work within my budget.  I'll gladly order my flowers from them for any occasion! Over the years, Artistry in Flowers has provided me and my family with wonderful arrangements that have been purchased in store and through delivery.  However, on my most recent purchase of Mother's Day flowers I was disappointed.  The arrangement was considerable smaller than what was advertised on-line.  So, today I sent them an email about my dissatisfaction and within an hour I received a friendly phone call from a staff member, Erin.  She agreed that the arrangement wasn't "up to par" and provided two reasonable options to "make it right".  This is the level of customer service that I really appreciate and, because of this, I will keep doing business with this great local florist.  So, thank A in F for your years of fine service.PS . . . we love coming into Olympia to see how your outdoor "Flower Lady" is dressed up for the given time of year. We've used Artistry in Flowers regularly to send flowers to a very special person in the area. Not only do they arrange and deliver beautiful flowers, but they know us (from prior orders) and, in that the community is smaller, they know the recipient, what she likes, and so on.  It's a win-win.We always use local merchants whenever possible, and AiF is local.  They do a great job. This review is a combination of my review as well as my mother's since she paid for the flowers!I came here to order a bare bones bouquets, boutineers, and corsages for my wedding. The consultant sat down with us and asked which type of flowers I wanted for a bouquet. I asked what was seasonal and gave her a price at the low end of my mother's budget. She went over what was available and how certain bouquets were arranged. She did a great job coordinating the colors of the flowers with my dress and the bridesmaids' dresses.  Artistry in Flowers also processed my bridal bouquet request: Hydrangeas and orchids. Everything turned out fantastic. The flowers lasted the whole day without wilting or getting crushed. My mother in law, who is from Venezuela where an orchid is the country's flower, was quite impressed Artistry in Flowers used a similar species. My mother said their customer service was great and the flowers were much less expensive than she was expecting. Everything looked great! Thanks again, folks! More...

Sent flowers to my best friend on her birthday. She was happy and I was very happy that they were delivered at the time I needed them to be (they did tell me that they couldn't guarantee my time frame). They have really great customer service too! This place simply has the best arrangements. If you are looking for something unique, different and beautiful...this is the spot. Whenever I have a friend in the hospital, I stop here, and they make something up for me to take that is perfect for the recipient, no matter what. This place is wonderful for getting flower bouquets, cut flowers, flower arrangements, gifts and greeting cards! They always have very fresh flowers and provide advice and ingredients to preserve them. This place is way cute. They have a beautifully manicured shrub out front in the shape of a lady. They decorate her for every season. She is absolutely beautiful in the spring-time.
