We start by syncing ourselves with our client’s background, story, and objectives; we want to know where they’re coming from, how they got here, and where they’re planning to go. This allows us to develop blueprints that align with our client’s trajectory and help propel their business development in the right direction.
Describe your creative process.
We offer a range of proficiencies including creative direction, marketing strategy, social media, copywriting, web design, and more––our creative process is particular to each project but always starts with getting to know our client, outlining objectives, expectations, and visions, and then moving on to fulfillment of the task at hand.
We take special care to align our creative energy with our client’s brand image and persona, and we conduct collaborative review sessions throughout the process to ensure they’re happy with the results of the work.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we start working on a project we need to know who our client is, what their business needs/seeks to accomplish, what they envision for the project (as concrete or abstract as that may be), any associated deadlines and budgets, and what their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are.
