Q&As

Creating an effective website is much more involved than just creating a visually appealing homepage. An experienced website designer will take things into consideration, such as User Experience, Search Engine Optimization, and overall ease-of-use, among other technical elements to ensure that your website is designed to perform in today's competitive marketplace.

Important details such as your Brand Guidelines, Timeframe for completion, as well as what the final specifications are for the design (if its a print design, this will ensure that our final delivered design is the exact right dimensions for the product you plan to print, as well as for the specific printer you plan to use, ensuring a perfect design and experience, all the way around).

Our Graphic Design process begins with you. You know your business the best and have had a vision for it from the start.

Step 1: When we receive your request for a quote for graphic design services we will email you a blank graphic design brief so we can learn more about your goals, expectations, and who you are as a business. A brief is a set of instructions or directions about the project at hand.

Step 2: After receiving a completed brief, we will conduct thorough research on your market and competitors, to ensure any design we present to you will appeal to your target market and stand up to the quality of your top competitors.

Step 3: Now that we have a clear understanding of what will and won't work for your business, we can begin to develop concepts to see what stands out the most. Something unique, memorable, and personal to your business, that is appropriate for your target market.

Step 4: During our discovery process we create moodboards and sketch out different concepts to direct the design process. When we are creating the design we refer to these along with our final chosen concept, to ensure we are heading in the right direction to ensure the final delivered material is in line with your expectations.

Step 5: Now arrives the day you have been waiting for. We can get together in-person, or on a call or video chat, and go over your designs together. We will take notes of all your feedback and discuss ways to correct everything.

Step 6: Now that we have corrected anything addressed in the past step, we can submit the design to you for final approval. Once we have received your sign-off, we will deliver the final design package. At this point, if any printing was included in your order, we will begin production.

When we start working on a new project, we email over a Design Brief for each client to fill out and return to us, which helps us learn more about your hopes and expectations for the project, so we can deliver an exceptionally designed product every time.

The freedom of being able to be creative and bring someone’s vision to life for them. The reaction I get from clients when i am able to meet or surpass all their expectations, is what really made me fall in love with making design a full-time option for me.

As my family began to grow, i saw business ownership as a way to have more time to spend with the people i love and doing the things i love. Website Design and Graphic Design are a passion of mine. I love being able to create and express myself, and the blown away reactions i get when i can truly bring someone’s vision to life for them.

We treat each project we work on, as our most important design. We don’t take on a client, unless we are able to fully devote our time and attention to the project, to provide the best possible work that we can. We take the time to understand your business and your expectations for each project.

Yes! Aside from most of our photoshoots, every service we provide can be completed 100% remotely, even our product photography. We offer video and phone consultations as well, to ensure the safety and security of each of our team members and customers, without letting your project suffer.

Before the pandemic began, 95% of our consultations were conducted in-person, and we would typically have in-person meetings and progress reports throughout various stages of some of our projects. In an attempt to limit in-person interactions, and to ensure the safety and security of our employees and customers, we now offer video and phone consultations and meetings to all customers, new or existing.

A business card, in some cases, is the most important marketing piece that a company will have. It has the potential to make or break business deals, and is just as important as the way you present yourself during a first impression.
