What makes a great website?
We design for inclusion! Creating solutions that are easy to navigate, efficient to browse and use, simplified and affordable by providing an enriching experience that leaves a lasting impression on your customers as we create that wow user experience platform.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We are a purpose driven company and that is the first thing that comes to our mind when meeting a new client. What drives them and what is their brand identity or if they don't have one, what values do they want their brand to represent such that we can create those brand personas.
Describe your creative process.
We believe in active listening and that involves listening to client's surroundings as well. Once we have the requirements, our research team takes over and performs both primary as well secondary research including user experience which forms the essence of concept creation. Concept ideation and creation is influenced by multiple factors which are synthesised from brand values and the personas client would like their customers to experience.

Then we move to prototype stage and create the MVP which is developed using leading user experience design tools with the desired components and actions outlined for each anchor and character in the digital ecosystem, which by the way could be many.

Once client okays the prototype, depending on the SoW we move to the next stage. We leverage the latest market has to offer when it comes to tools and technologies, leveraging agile frameworks to build websites and for digital world also focusing on the human computer interaction principles.

What do you love most about your job?
We are making an impact and bridging the digital inclusion gap by designing for humans. There is lot of creativity involved her and each of our team members are passionate people driven by social cause. We also work for NGOs voluntarily on regular basis.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Art Madness was born out of our passion to help start-ups and make a difference in the digital world by designing for humans. Basically, the very reason we love our job is why we started it ;)
