It's rare to visit a medical facility where you feel like a person instead of a number, but Arsmiles has just the personal touch we all long for.
I have been a patient there for probably 20 years or more, and I have never had an unpleasant visit or regretted any service performed or recommended. The staff at Arsmiles are supportive and genuinely glad to serve their patients. I have watched them work with all ages from little kids all the way up to the very elderly , and the patience and love they show (to these ages and all ages in between) is notable.
The office is very easy to find, parking is always available, and it's a safe area. Once inside the building, you will be impressed and comfortable with the newly refinished office. It's just beautiful: glass, light filled, open, clean, and welcoming.
Making an appointment is easy and accommodating. Billing is quick and fair, and any questions are always followed up with answers.
During the appointment the hygienists and Dr. Chegini are gentle and very intentional about making sure you are as comfortable as possible. The word "visit" really does apply to this office, but at no sacrifice toward professionalism and expertise. Additionally, every visit the staff offer helpful, caring suggestions to help you with your own dental routines and teeth care. They really want the best for you.

If you have to have a root canal please read! I came to Arsmiles because I had a tooth in the front that was discolored. After looking it over and doing x-rays, Dr. Chegini found that I needed to have a root canal done. I know I am not the only one who hears that and immediately panics and freaks out and thinks it's going to be awful and painful. Well my experience with Dr. Chegini was the exact opposite. I have extreme dental anxiety, and Dr. Chegini reassured me the entire time. I felt absolutely no pain! None! She did numb me, more so for my own benefit than any pain I would experience, and I experienced no pain what so ever. So if you need a root canal and are afraid, don't be! The team at Arsmiles will take excellent care of you and your teeth, I am talking from personal experience. I am so thankful for Dr. Chegini and the Arsmiles team, they have been great helping me overcome my hear of the dentist and make sure my teeth are as healthy as possible. As a newcomer to the area, choosing from one of the many dentistry options can be overwhelming. After reading a few of the positive reviews, I decided to give Arsmiles a try. I’m happy to say that I’m glad that I did. My experience with them has been great. Dr. Chegini and staff are very friendly and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly after I had broken a tooth and lost it’s filling. I’m admittedly a coward when it comes to going to the dentist, but doctor Chegini was very comforting and gentle. She listened to my concerns and helped me to relax. I had a dental implant placed by Dr. Chegini earlier this month and my experience was great! Before the procedure, her office staff went out of their way to ensure that we had explored all financial options and helped me navigate through the insurance process, making me confident that I was being treated fairly. On the day of the procedure, I was seen with almost no wait time and the process went by painlessly and quickly. I am generally afraid of most dental procedures and get anxiety at the dentist's office but Dr. Chegini went out of her way to quell my concerns and calm my nerves. "Of course you are brave and don't need a a soft touch." But for the rest of us that the dentist office is not our favorite tremoundously helps. Not only the warmth and comfort of home flickers in the background of your mind; more importantly the reassurance of knowing you will be gently treated by experienced Dentists, who are abreast and teach the newest technology's in modern dentistry. After reading the good reviews online, I decided to try Arsmiles and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Chegini and her staff are very professional and made me feel comfortable. I'm exceptionally picky about my teeth, and Dr. Chegini took the time to examine the shape of each tooth and did them to my exact liking. I especially appreciated that she carefully heard my concerns. My previous dentist didn't do a very good job on my teeth and some of my teeth became discolored, but when I asked Dr. Chegini for her opinion, she said that I didn't need to treat all of them. I've seen dentists who'd try to persuade their patients to receive as much service as possible, but Dr. Chegini was different. She respected my thoughts and gave her professional opinion accordingly. Dr. Chegini and her practice at Arsmiles is absolutely superb! I can honestly say that despite my initial fear of going to the dentist has substantially decreased over the years since I started going to her office. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient and just downright pleasant. I am always greeted with a smile and with the lovely sound of lightly playing classical music in the background of the waiting room. Any office that plays my favorite kind of music in their waiting room is well deserving of a good review from me.
