We specialize in Small Business Bookkeeping for Startups, Sole-proprietorships, LLCs & S-Corps, and enjoying being part of freelance & entrepreneurial projects. We offer Quickbooks or Xero set-up and maintenance, tools to digitize record keeping, and can also assist with development and implementation of systems to organize and grow.

We believe a great bookkeeper and bookkeeping systems comes first. Our mission is to build a customized bookkeeping package for your business based upon current needs and anticipated growth. We can do it all, or augment your in-house staff. Our monthly bookkeeping services are designed to be individualized for each specific business and prepares all documentation and financial statements needed for your tax professional or CPA.
What do you love most about your job?
I have been on the front lines of quite a few businesses over the years and truly enjoyed developing systems and tools that streamlined document processing and financials. My job allows me the opportunity to always be on the front line of assisting businesses with the tools they need to succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the freedom of controlling my own schedule and the flexibility to spend quality time with family and friends. Owning a bookkeeping business in particular, I feel gives back to the business community by helping small business have more time and valuable information at their fingertips to succeed.

Small businesses face a number of challenges in today’s economic climate, but staying on top of the books doesn’t have to be one of them. We view our clients as partners, so we take as much pride in your success as we do our own.

All services are performed online and remotely. We do encourage zoom meetings or face to face meet and greets for local clients. Our digital systems are designed to submit all needed information on a secure platform. We also offer secure mailing to our PO Box for those who are not tech savvy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We respect everyone has their own opinions and we feel it is imperative that everyone do their part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Being a virtual bookkeeping company allows us the opportunity to provide services without the risk of spreading viruses. We are always willing to take extra precautions for those at higher risk for severe illness in any face to face meet and greet. Simply let us know your concern in advance and we will follow all recommended guidelines for protection.
