I used to work at this animal hospital many years ago. Working with Dr. Tom Ardelt was by far one of the best experiences of my life. He was always kind and compassionate with the animals and owners, and quite funny as well. I have since moved out of the area and back to my home state of Wisconsin, and unfortunately I haven’t found another vet that I would trust with my dogs as much as I would Dr. Tom. From my first phone call I knew I found my new vet office. They greeted me with compassion and listened to my need to have my little girl seen ASAP. I had to wait but was put on waiting list. We did get in early and everyone was kind, explained what was going on, gave us options. We had the procedure that night, the office called the next day and again nothing but kindness and concern. We got fantastic news three days later. It is not cancer. Dr explained everything. Thank you, You are our fur babies new Vet. Sandy More...

This place is amazing! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also got us in last minute to prepare for the 4th of July. My dog is terrified of fireworks and I forgot to schedule his appointment to get his meds. Thankful for the staff, big time! More...

This has been a very difficult week for our family. Our sweet and loving boy Truman went to heaven. It was unexpected and traumatic for our family. When looking at the bright side, if there is one, it was the doctors and staff at Arrowhead Ranch Animal Hospital & Grooming. They were quick to get us in on a moments notice, recognizing the distress my boy was in. They were able to get X-rays done quickly, run blood work, follow up later that day with lab results and on his last day they were waiting by the door to carry him back to make him comfortable. Dr.Randall & Dr. Tarr were outstanding, compassionate,gave us time to grieve, explained everything to us and did everything they could for us and Truman. We are still grieving, but the love , compassion and empathy everyone showed us was amazing! We are grateful. More...

On the day of our wedding rehearsal, our senior dog injured her only good eye and went blind. She was failing miserably (not eating, not able to do anything on her own) and was clearly miserable. Timing was of course not ideal with all the wedding festivities about to start, and after calling 7 different veterinary hospitals who all declined seeing her, Arrowhead worked her in immediately. They were so nice and understanding and calmed me down while providing her the BEST care. Hands down this is not only my new vet (I have 3 pets), but should be yours too. More...
